Slope-intercept form of a linear equation:, where:
m (coefficient on x) = slope
b = y-intercept
y = 3x - 6
y = mx + b
Therefore, m, or the slope = 3, and b, or y-intercept = - 6
All equations need to be in "y = mx + b" form to determine their slopes and y-intercepts. You should be able to do the rest!
