Question 1010295: Determine the slope-intercept form of the equation of the line that passes through the points (3, -5) and (0, 7)
Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
slope is change in y/change in x
12/-3 = -4
point slope formula with second point (easier, has a 0 in it)
y-7=-4 (x)
y=-4x+7
both points should work and they do.
