Yes, it is correct.

Any time you get a division by zero for the slope, it tells you that the slope is undefined, and
that means that the graph is a vertical line. If you look at the two points that are given,
you will notice that both points have -2 as their x value. If you plot the two points,
one of them (-2, -5) is directly under the other point (-2, 4). When you connect these two
points with a line, you will see that the line is vertical.

When your x terms are equal, the slope is simply zero. That line segment is just a straight line on x=-2 between 4 and -5.
