Question 100242: Consider the equation ky+2x=7. For what will be the value of k if the slope is 1?
Answer by edjones(8007)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=mx+b
slope=m=1
ky+2x=7
ky=-2x+7
y=(-2x/k)+7/k
by inspection of the above line if k=-2 then: y=x+(7/-2) and m=1
k=-2 Ans.
