I would like to apologize, the rules states not to put all questions in one box, computer, had crashed...SO SORRY!!!
Need help on questions, I need a little help, please. Thanking you in advance.
A. Write the slope-intercept equation for the line that passes through
(-12, 10) and is perpendicular to 4x + 6y = 3
B. Write the slope-intercept equation for the line with slope 3/4 and
y- intercept (0, -5) and graph the line.
C. Write the slope-intercept equation for the line that passes through
(1, -9) and (3, -1)

Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The slope-intercept form of the line is 6y=-4x+3; y=(-2x/3)+(1/2)
The perpendicular line has the negative reciprocal slope or 3/2.
point slope formula
y-10=(3/2)(x+12)
y-10=(3x/2)+18
y=(3x/2)+28
========================
y=3x/4 -5. For slope intercept form y-mx+b, m ix the slope and b is the y-intercept. When you are given both the slope and the y-intercept, you can literally write the equation down. y=(3/4)x -5
========================
slope is -1-(-9) or 8 divided by 3-1 or 2. Slope is 4
point slope formula
y+1=4(x-3)
y+1=4x-12
y=4x-13
