Question 954081: Hi,I am 195 cm , how many cm do you think each step i take is in average when i take a fast walk in the forest? I know its individual depending how long legs i have and so on, but if you could give me an answer , it doesnt have to be precise i would apprisiate it! A lot!

It's easy to measure, take a few steps, then measure the distance.

2. Estimate by Height
A much quicker way to estimate stride length, but not necessarily very accurate.

�Men - you can multiply your height in cm by 0.415
�Ladies - multiply your height in cm by 0.413
Example: A lady - 165 cm (height) x 0.413 = 68.145 cm (round off to 68 cm)
