A diameter goes completely across the circle through the center.
The center is the same distance from each end of the diameter.
The distance from the center to one end of the diameter is 4 units 7-3=4 since both y's are the same.
so we want a point 4 units from 3,2 in the other direction
3-4=-1
(-1,2) is the other end of the diameter
