Factor the following trinomials completely.
xsquared-11x-60

x^2-11x-60
Think of two numbers whose product is -60 and whose sum is -11.
The numbers are -15 and +4
Replace the middle term with -15x+4x to get:
x^2-15x+4x-60
Factor the 1st two and the last two terms seperately:
x(x-15)+4(x-15)
Factor again:
(x-15)(x+4)
