if B is the midpoint of AC, then the distance (and direction) from A to B is the same as from B to C

from A to B is (3-9) or -6 units in the x direction and (4-6) or -2 units in the y direction

so from B to C is the same change, giving C an x coordinate of 3-6 or -3 and a y coordinate of 4-2 or 2...so C is (-3,2)
