Using the Pytahgorean Theorem to verify
Does 5^2 + 12^2 = 13^2 Yes
Does 40^2 + 60^2 = 104^2 No

*Note: sum of the lengths of two sides of a triangle must be 'GREATER' than the third side
option b would not only not represent a right triangle,with sides listed,
option b would not represent 'any' triangle. 100 < 104
