pi radians = 180 degrees.
1 radian = 180/pi
2.3 radians = 2.3 * 180 /pi
=131 .78 degrees
0.78 degrees = 0.78*60 = 4. 68 minutes
0.68 minutes = 0.68*60 = 40.8 seconds

2.3rad = 131( deg ) 4 (min) 40.8 (sec)
