if the ratio of something is 1 to 1.9 and its 25 sqaure feet whats the length and height of the object
-------------------
1 to 1.9 is the same as 1x to 1.9x
---
Assuming you are taking about the ratio of length to width you get:
Area = (1x)(1.9x)
1.90x^2 = 25
x = 5/sqrt(1.9) ft
----
Length = 5/sqrt(1.9) is approximately 3.627 ft
Width = 1.9[5/sqrt(1.9)] is approximately 6.8920 ft
