Each night, Brenda�s sleeping bag, with her soundly asleep in it, is magically moved 2000 feet back down the mountain, so that when Brenda awakes in the morning she finds herself only 1000 feet higher than she was the morning before! Not one to give up, Brenda eventually succeeds. But how many days does it take her to reach the summit? Give an explanation with your answer

It takes Brenda Ten days to reach the top of the summit. On day Ten before making her climb she is at 9,000ft, She climbs an additional 3,000 before resting making it to her 12,000ft goal.
