IF JOHN DROVE 55 MPH FOR 60 MILES HE'D GAVE SPENT 60/55=1 HOUR & 5.4 MINUTES.
HOWEVER HE ONLY SPENT 45 MINUTES TRAVELING. THEREFORE HE EXCEEDED THE 55 MILE SPEED LIMT.
