Question 1005548: Hi, here is my problem that I have. I'm pretty sure it uses the distance/midpoint formula.
There is no picture for this.

The straight line connecting midpoints of two sides of a triangle is parallel to the third side of the triangle.

It is well known and famous / general property  (theorem)  which valid for any triangle in a plane.

See the lesson  The line segment joining the midpoints of two sides of a triangle  in this site.
