Question 915121: Find the inverse of g(x)= 4/9x-16/9 and then graphing it. I know the steps to finding the inverse, but I get confused on actually solving it!
Answer by CubeyThePenguin(3113) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve for x.
y = 4x/9 - 16/9
y + 16/9 = 4x/9
(9y + 16)/4 = x
g^(-1)(x) = (9x + 16)/4
