Question 720281: I know the solution but I don't know how to get there. R=r/1-t solve for t
Answer by Simnepi(216) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Remove the fraction by multiplying by 1-t
so we have
Simplifying by cancelling on the left hand side gives us
(1-t)R=r
now we divide by R to leave the 1-t on its own, giving
simplifying by cancelling on the right hand side gives
now take 1 from both sides to give
simplify to get
then reverse the signs
