Question 54450: what is the easierest way to study math or pre algebra?

Answer by funmath(2933)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There really is no "easy" way. But here are some tips:
1. Go to all your classes.
2. Take notes and be an active participant in the class (ask questions, do the examples with the teacher, ect.)
3. Be neat and organized it reduces the confusion.
4. Write all the steps down and the reason you took the steps when you review your notes.
5. Practice Practice Practice. Math is a skill like playing a video game or playing a sport or even knitting. At first it is hard, but it gets easier with practice. Do all of your homework. After, you get good at it, you may even start to enjoy it.
6. Write all the rules and formulas in the front of your notebook and review them a couple of times a week. Math is cummulative, if you don't get Pre-Algebra, you won't get algebra. Everything builds on itself.
7. Do what you're doing right now---get help when you need it either from school, home, or the internet.
Happy Calculating!!!
