Well I tried it myself And I think it's set out like this: 91+6=>92 I don't know If this is the right way to set it up. =/

Having an average of 91 on 6 tests is the same as making exactly
91 of all 6 tests.  So we will pretend that you made 91 on each
of the first 6 tests:

1. On the 1st test you made 91
2. On the 2nd test you made 91
3. On the 3rd test you made 91
4. On the 4th test you made 91
5. On the 5th test you made 91
6. On the 6th test you made 91
7. On the 7th test you made x.

           91 + 91 + 91 + 91 + 91 + 91 + x         
Average = --------------------------------- > 92
                        7 

                                    546 + x
                                   --------- > 92 
                                       7

                                     546 + x > 644

                                           x > 98
