solve for inverse function f(x)= 5x-3/2x+1
y=5x-3/2x+1
FIND X IN TERMS OF Y...CROSS MULTIPLYING
Y*(2X+1)=5X-3
2XY+Y=5X-3
Y+3=5X-2XY=X(5-2Y)
X=(Y+3)/(5-2Y)
HENSE INVERSE OF F(X)OR Y INVERSE IS GIVEN BY
X=(Y+3)/(5-2Y)

x=5y-3/2y+1 and from here I don't know the next step.

Answer by erie_acebedo(2)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)=5x-3/2x+1
y=5x-3/2x+1
x=5y-3/2y+1
(x=5y-3/2y+1)2y+1
2yx+1=10y-3
(-10y=-2xy+1-3)/10y
y=2xy+1-3
f-1(x)=2xy+1-3
