5 is equvalent to 15/3.

Make your equation:

c + 2/3 = 15/3

Substract 2/3 from both sides of the equation to get:

c = 15/3 - 2/3 which becomes:

c = 13/3

That's your answer.

13/3 + 2/3 = 15/3
