Treat it as a regular equation.
Multiply both sides by 13.
-6x * 13 > (1/13) * 13
-78x > 1
Since we are going to divide by a negaive number, you must reverse the inequality symbol from > to < or from greater than to less than (in words).
x < 1/-78
x < -1/78
