Answer by edjones(8007) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)=(2x+1)/(x-1)
y=( 2x+1)/(x-1)
y(x-1)=2x+1 Now we solve for x.
xy-y=2x+1
xy-2x=y+1 Get the x's on one side.
x(y-2)=y+1
x=(y+1)/(y-2)
y=(x+1)/(x-2) Switch x and y
the inverse.
