-14/23=2/7-1/7x
We did the following
-14/23-2/7=2/7-2/7-1/7x
-98/161-46/161=-1/7x
After that we get confused

(-14/23) = (2/7) - (1/7)x
Multiply thru by 7*23 to get:
-14*7 = 2*23 - 23x
-98 = 46 - 23x
23x = 144
x = 144/23 = 6.2607....
