Yes. For example:
3 and -3 are opposites.
1/3 and -1/3 are their reciprocals.
Opposite=any number that is equidistant(equally distant) from zero on the opposite side of zero.
1/3 and -1/3 are opposites.
Therefore if two numbers are opposites, their reciprocals are also opposites.
