From the combined filling rate, which is    of the pool volume per minute, 

subtract the filling rate of the larger hose, which is    of the pool volume per minute.


You will get then the filling rate of the smaller  hose

     -  =  =  = 

of the pool volume per minute.


It means that the smaller hose will fill the pool in 60 minutes.    ANSWER
