Answer by JulietG(1812)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Plan A = 25 + .05x
Plan B = 6 + .14x
At what point will they be equal?
25 + .05x = 6 + .14x
Subtract .05x from each side
25 = 6 + .09x
Subtract 6 from each side
19 = .09x
Divide each side by .09
x = 211.111111
Plan B is more advantageous for callers who use 211 minutes or less
Plan A is more advantageous for callers who use 212 minutes or more.
