14. At a school cafeteria, a student paid $1.25 for a whole-wheat muffin and a glass of milk. The milk cost less than two thirds of (the cost of the muffin).

Let $M be the cost of each muffin.
The total cost is $1.25
Hence, cost of a glass of milk = 1.25 - M
The required inequality is
1.25 - M < (2/3) * M
