(-3) < (3-2x) / (5) ≤ 1
mutiply by five
-15 < 3-2x ≤ 5
subtract 3
-18 < -2x ≤ 2
divide by -2 and reverse the signs
9 > x > or = -1
in interval notation x belongs to [-1, 9)
