No way to tell. You specified how long it takes the two guys to mow some lawns, but you said nothing about trimming.
If J does 15 in 5, he can do 3 in 1 hour. D can do 2 in 1 hour. Together they can mow 5 (2 + 3) in 1 hour, so they can mow 15 in 3 hours. Can't tell how much longer it will take if they trim the lawns as well.
