Answer by oscargut(2103)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Please help and explain:
-8 less than or equal to 1-3(x-2) <2

-8 < = 1-3(x-2) < 2
substracting 1
-9 < = -3(x-2) < 1
if we divide by -3
3 > = (x-2) > -1/3
adding 2
5 >= x > 2-1/3
5/3 < x < = 5
Solution: 5/3 < x < = 5
