Maybe easiest to add 4 to both sides and then multiply both sides by x. .
32/x+4>0
If x>=0 then 32+4x>0
8+x>0
x>-8
If x<0 then 32+4x<0
8+x<0
x<-8
Answer would seem to be the real number line but EXCLUDING 0 and EXCLUDING -8.
