Is this the answer? (-infinity,10) union (10, infinity)....Please explain, I think I understand a little, but not quite sure.

X is greater than OR equal to 10 or X is less than or equal to 10.
If you have to put the answer in interval notation you need to take
account of the "equal" words.
X is greater than or equal to 10 is [10,inf)
X is less than or equal to 10 is (-inf,10]

You want the union of these which is (-inf,inf)
