-4+%3E+-8%285x%29 Perform the indicated mu;tiplication on the right side.
-4+%3E+-40x Finally, divide both sides by -40...don't forget to reverse the order of the > sign!
1%2F10+%3C+x or x+%3E+1%2F10
Or is the problem:
%28-4%2F5%29x+%3E+-8? If it is, then you multiply both sides by the multiplicative inverse of %28-4%2F5%29 which is %28-5%2F4%29
%28-5%2F4%29%28-4%2F5%29x+%3E+%28-5%2F4%29%28-8%29 Simplifying this, you get:
