Plug in any x you want. I'm going to plug in x = 0. Then solve for y.

2x + 3y = 11

2(0) + 3y = 11

0 + 3y = 11

3y = 11

y = 11/3

So one solution is $\left(0,\frac{11}{3} \right )$

You can do this with any number you want for x. So say x = 1

2x + 3y = 11

2(1) + 3y = 11

2 + 3y = 11

3y = 11 - 2

3y = 9

y = 9/3

y = 3

So another solution is $\left(1,3 \right )$

There are an infinite number of solutions.
