The slope/intercept form is y = mx + b
-2x + 3y -> 6
3y => 2x + 6
y => (2/3)x + 6/3
y => (2/3x + 2 is the slope/intercept form

Make a table. example x = -3
y = (2/3)-3 + 2
y = -2 + 2
y = 0

Do the same with x = 0 and x = +3
