2x^3 + 5x ^2 - 7x
------------------ > 0
3x^2 + 7x + 4

Well, I tried starting it, but I dont think this first part I did was correct:
x ( 2x^2 + 5x - 7)
--------------------- > 0
3 ( x^2 + 7/3x + 4/3) And this is all I put because this is as far as I was able to get.
