Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
125 < 8(4-6b)-3
Add 3
128 < 8(4-6b)
Divide by 8
16 < 4-6b
Subtract 4
12 < -6b
Divide by 6
2 < -b
Add b
b+2 < 0
Subtract 2
b < -2
===========
Having a decimal or fraction doesn't mean the answer is wrong, in general.
