Answer by funmath(2933) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve the equation. -3(8x+11)=6(-4x-13).
-3(8x)-3(11)=6(-4x)+6(-13)
-24x-33=-24x-78
-24x+24x-33=-24x+24x=-78
0-33=0-78
-33=-78
The variable was eliminated and -33 does not = -78. There is no solution.
Happy Calculating!!!
