fist we assume 6x-1>0 so x>1/6
6x-1<=7
6x<=8
x<=4/3
so x E (1/6;4/3]
now we assume 6x-1<=0 so x<=1/6
1-6x<=7
x>=-1
so x E [-1;1/6]
Ans: x E [-1;4/3]
