Question 53764: Got an algebra question. Suppose 8 is less than X, and X is less than 12. Write an "absolute value" inequality that is equivalent to this compound inequality.
I can turn an absolute value inequality to a compound inequality, but can't seem to turn this compound into an absolute value inequality.
Thanks for the assist.
