-6x > -24  OR x < 4  |dividing by negtive number reverses the direction of the Inequality

x + 6 > 5  OR x > -1

 (-1,4) is the interval notation for the solution set

On the number line, the portion of the line between -1 and 4 would represent

the solution set of these Inequalities (open circles on the -1 and 4)
