The GCF is the largest number that goes into 6, 18, and 30 evenly. Well that has to be 6.
The LCM is the lowest number that 4 and 20 go INTO. That would have to be 20 itself.

GCF of 6, 18 and 30 is 6. The LCM of 4 adn 20 is 20.
