Question 374293: What are some good examples of solving inequalities ? Thanks !
Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Many have a problem in inequalities.
..
you must have solved equations. making x the subject etc.
when you get an inequality (<=) (>=)(<)(>)
just continue with the opeartion as if you are solving an equation, except just put the same sign which was originally present .
...
one practical hint
whenever you divide the inequality by a negative number just reverse the signs in the inequality.
> becomes <
Thats it.
Try it out if not get back to me
