Question 369766: How do I graph "-2 is less than or equal to y < 5" on a number line?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simply plot a closed circle at y=-2 and an open circle at y=5 on a number line. Then shade the interval in between the two points to get the following:

Graph of the solution set

Note:
The closed circle at means that we're including this value in the solution set
The open circle at means that we're excluding this value from the solution set.
