Just like the analogous equation. Multiply by 3, then add 5 to both sides. Unless there is supposed to be a minus sign in front of the fraction. In that case, after you multiply by 3 and add 5 to both sides, multiply both sides by -1. The only thing different from solving a equation is that when you multiply by a negative number you have to reverse the sense of the inequality.
