She therefore wants to study at least 20 hours per week.

Since there are 5 days in the week, she needs to study at least 20/5 = 4 hours per day.

She needs to work at least 15/5 = 3 hours per day.

That's a total of at least 7 hours per day that she will either be working or studying.

5 * 3 = 15
5 * 4 = 20
Total 35 / 5 = 7.
