x^3 + 3x^2 + 8x + 24

Rearrange:
x^3+8x + 3x^2+24
---
Factor the 1st two and last two terms separately to get:
= x(x^2+8) + 3(x^2+8)
---
Factor again to get:
= (x^2+8)(x+3)
=================
