-x/5 + 2 > 3
=> -x/5 > 3-2
=> -x/5 > 1
Multiply both sides of the above inequality with (-1); multiplying a negative number reverses the inequality sign.
So, x/5 < -1
=> x < -5
Answer: x < -5
