Question 312250: 3x-2<9x-4
Answer by fractalier(6550) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
From 3x-2 < 9x-4
subtract 3x from both sides
-2 < 6x - 4
then add 4 to both sides
2 < 6x
then divide both sides by 6...we get
1/3 < x or
x > 1/3
